Why We Do It

Built From Real Experience

RightWay was born from experience - real experience.

Our founder knows what it’s like to grow up without structure, without parents, and without the kind of support many take for granted. From a young age, he lived in a YMCA, navigating life alone and making mistakes along the way. Like many young people today, he was pulled toward the streets and down a path that offered quick rewards but long-term pain.

That journey – filled with struggle, lessons, and growth — led to the creation of RightWay. It’s a promise to today’s youth that they don’t have to go through it alone.

There used to be youth clubs on every corner. Safe spaces where you could meet people who cared, learn new things, or just stay out of trouble for a few hours. Those places are gone now. Funding is gone. Support is thin. And too many young people are slipping through the cracks.

That’s why RightWay exists – to fill that gap, to be the voice of reason when there’s no one else around, and to prove that no matter your past, a better future is always possible.
